Snowflakes, limbs flying
Someone hears you amid humans, weeping
What to blame but intimacy’s sabotaging
Covered up, like a dreamer denying

I have grown fond of writing journals in English, a language that carries my state of mind through the daily nuisances and bagatelles with certain impersonal-ness.

Mischievous indeed is the innocuous inner-thoughts. I strode down the snow ground, rêves non réalisés, in this “whited sepulchre.” A golem wanna-be and [sic] trying as if I have transubstantiated, in some peculiar demeanour, into a multi-façade debonair.

The simulacrums were unceasing, the wind frigorific, the pain gnawing, my memories elusive, every inch of the sinews conflate in abysmal desire.  Looking up, I had not seen, for days, sunlight so bright and elysian it was almost blinding.  The pith of this frozen country—the earth and what was left of it—exposed to its authority, as if no evil was to hide beneath such vast, confused exquisiteness.

Dreams apart, delusion was near as insanity loomed incessantly, much menace intended.

“Talk, shall we talk?”

But I sought otherwise, viz. a metaphorical denial, sans all sensuality that had been bestowed upon us.

Pure Good v. Evil, hein ma chérie, I moved on, promises derelict.

And cried a voice but nebulous above me, return thee petite mischief, to thy Godless Nation.
